Thank you for your interest in joining the Southeastern Border Association of REALTORS® (SEBAR) and the Southeastern Michigan MLS where we cover 95.5% of Michigan’s listings. Below you will find the application packet for membership. Please completely fill out the application including your Broker’s signature in each of the designated spots.

Click HERE if you’d like to join SEBAR for your REALTOR® Association Membership and become a participant in the Southeastern Michigan MLS.
Click HERE if you’d like to only join the Southeastern Michigan MLS. You MUST belong to another REALTOR® Association and be able to provide a letter of good standing from that Association.
